We used to love coming to this hot pot place, and it was pretty crowded every time we visited. But last night, we noticed a significant drop in popularity. My kids have been coming here since they were babies, and they used to eat free until my older one turned 6. We don’t mind paying because they mostly eat noodles and a few desserts. However, last night, they even charged my younger one, who looks tall but is only 3 years old. We told the waitress that she’s only 3 and would probably just eat some noodles and vegetables. The waitress insisted that they charge based on height, not age. I was like, okay… but it’s pretty ridiculous to charge a 3-year-old the full kids’ price, especially when we didn’t even order soup for the kids. This will be our last time coming here. The food quality has gone downhill as well. Goodbye, Top Top Hot Pot. There are plenty of other options that are better than you.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and the broths are so flavorful. I have to shoutout our server, Cat. She has been my server a couple of times and she makes the experience better every time. So friendly and sweet, she’s always a delight. Highly recommend this place!

Very good, we did the Hot Pot + BBQ which was almost $40/adult. Only critique was some of the food on the conveyor belt or up front took a while to restock, but this was at around 2pm so not peak hours.

A pretty good place. Lots of options through vegetarian especially coming on the conveyor belt could include a few things like cilantro or mung beans or spinach. Great customer service, very cool ambiance. Since it’s part of a larger shopping complex, lots of parking. Good for date or f&f group of 4-6. Most other restaurants are moving in mobile POS direction and I hope these guys too. The curry broth was awesome. They have a great veggie, meats, and sauces bar. You just have to walk to it instead of it being on your table. We will definitely go again

Food was great, but nothing makes the experience better than great customer service. Was introduced to server Gaby she's amazing and beautiful. And made my experience and ambience of hot pot amazing. Would definitely come back just to see her and have a thai tea. Thank you for an incredible meal and outstanding service!
